New Changes

Tweaked the Skill Ratings at Character Creation to make sure there's no confusion. 

Establish A Connection has been split up into three Acts, so it's easier to grok: Advance a Bond being the Act for raising Bonds and Stab the Heart as the Act that lets you spend your Bonds to add Dice.

I am getting tired of updating so the next update should be next month. But this is fully playable and has mechanics that can match any RPG that you can think of. Use it to run in the setting of TO REND HEAVEN AND EARTH, the web serial for Karanduun! You can now use this to run: interdimensional wuxia, action crime horror procedurals, scrappy rebels overthrowing fascists, and melodramatic heroes with complicated connections trying to survive in hell, and more!
